The Learning Organization
The SPW approach to leadership development incorporates concepts of the learning organization. Peter Senge in The Fifth Discipline defines a learning organization as one in which people at all levels, individually and collectively, continually expand their capacity to create the results they truly desire; where new and expansive patterns of thinking are nurtured; where collective aspirations are set free, and where people are continually learning how to learn together.
These concepts will be utilized during work on team projects and to enhance participants’ understanding of:
- System thinking
- Personal Mastery
- Mental Models
- Shared Vision
- Team Learning
NOTE: This course is recommended for all Leadership Development Programs.
