Stress Management
In this interactive workshop participants discuss the three stages of stress and its effect on the body. Participants discuss the difference between Eustress and Distress, conduct interactive practice exercises as healthy responses to stress and perform a personal stress level inventory.
Course Objectives
- Analyze the origin of individual stress
- Participants will conduct their own stress level inventory
- Identify the 5 major sources of stress
- Identify the relationship of managing time with managing stress
