Team Decision-making — Getting it Right
It is widely believed that teams, on average, make better decisions than individuals. However, historically, some of the absolute worst decisions have been made by groups. In Team Decision-making - Getting it Right, we will examine some examples of poor and good team decisions and the characteristics of each. We will explore what it takes to routinely make good decisions in a team setting and learn some of the pitfalls to avoid. Our goal is to enhance your critical thinking and decision-making skills, build a toolbox of useful skills, and have a greater impact on your organization’s decisions. Role plays and case studies are an integral part of this day-long experience.
