Relationship Management for Business Professionals
This day long experience begins with the history and overview of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and progresses through an examination of the 16 types defined by MBTI. Participants receive lecture and “hands-on” practice through type reading exercises and role plays.
Course Objectives:
- Provide attendees an understanding of personality patterns
- Provide attendees the ability to “read” other people’s personalities in order to improve communications and performance results
- Provide attendees techniques for establishing solid business relationships
