Preventing Workplace Harassment—Supervisor

This one-day interactive environment uses video vignettes, discussion and role plays to educate supervisors in the recognition and prevention of workplace harassment. It also provides an effective means of eliminating harassment from the workplace.

This workshop provides EEOC guidelines and Supreme Court standards governing the existence, prevention, responsibilities and remedies allowed under law. This workshop helps managers ensure an environment free from harassment and become aware of the personal liabilities that may result.
