The Business Case For Diversity

As the concept of diversity evolved into a business imperative, measurement of critical success factors, in the form of environmental change, productivity and verifiable results, is a key area of diversity management. Our methodology is based on knowledge and experience gained from the American Institute for Managing Diversity (AIMD), founded by Dr. R. Roosevelt Thomas. We utilize existing initiatives to lay the foundation for change management.
