Business Continuity / Continuity of Operations

SPW’s staff of professionals designs, develops, and implements Business Continuity Planning, Continuity of Operations (COOP), and Emergency Operations Planning that provide effective prevention, mitigation, preparation, response and recovery in the event of a disaster. In addition to developing BCP and COOP plans, SPW utilizes an Exercise and Evaluation Practice Model to design, execute and evaluate its all-hazards approach to planning. Integrated into this model is our extensive planning and exercise cycle.

Our professionals are certified by FEMA’s Emergency Management Institute, are certified emergency planning managers, and trained military professionals in threat assessment and disaster preparedness.
